Thank you for using QuikBio. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase of products made through QuikBio, this policy explains your return and refund rights.

• Orders mean your request to purchase Goods from QuikBio.

2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your Order within 7 (seven) days of receiving the Goods without providing a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 7 days from the date when you (or a third party you appointed, other than the carrier) take possession of the Goods.

3. Refund Timeline

We will reimburse you no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be made using the same payment method you originally used, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

4. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
• The Goods are unused, in the same condition in which you received them, and in the original packaging.

Goods that cannot be returned:

• Goods clearly made to your specifications or personalized.
• Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., perishable items, hygiene or health protection items if unsealed after delivery, expired products).
• Goods that cannot be separated from other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions.

Note: Only regularly priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items or discounted Goods may not be eligible for refunds unless required under applicable law.

5. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. Return the Goods to the address below:

We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during return shipment. For your protection, we recommend using an insured and trackable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned Goods or proof of delivery.
